I love helping churches be better for the next generation. The statistics are not in our favor for reaching the next generation. Overwhelmed church leaders need encouragement, vision and strategies that create impact. That’s what I love to bring to the table. I am passionate about helping church leaders articulate vision and develop strategies across the age stage spectrum to reach and mature the next generations for Christ. I love coaching individual leaders to maximize their gifting, to help them lead up as well as lead staff and volunteers under their care. I also love coaching individuals and couples who get stuck in their relationships.
I currently serve as the Director for Learning and Leadering for the SIM International Health Team. The International Health Team comes alongside mission hospitals and national leadership to provide expertise and care to hospitals with SIM personnel.
